A Little Bit About Me
I’m Kate, Owner of PD Quilling and Purple Days. I love crafting and have tried lots of different types, crochet, sewing, jewellery making, lino printing, the list could keep going!
I find doing any sort of craft very therapeutic and it really helps my mental health. Concentrating on making something helps to calm my mind and then I have something nice at the end.
I started quilling back in 2019 after being inspired by a friend’s birthday card they received that had been quilled. It started as a hobby, making pictures for friends and family, that developed into my gift company, Purple Days.
Over the years I’ve bought my paper quilling supplies from various places, but my favourite place to buy paper and tools was from Rachel at the Quirky Quillers.
