Delivery
- PD Quilling only trades within the UK and delivery is only available within the UK.
- Deliveries are made by Royal Mail tracked 24 (£4.50) or 48 (£3.25) depending on your choice.
- Delivery is free when you spend over £40.00 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
- PD Quilling aims to dispatch the products ordered within 1-2 working days from the date the order is placed (working days are Monday to Friday). Please note that during busier periods this might be longer.
- If your order is particularly urgent, please do let us know.
- If you live locally and would like to collect your order, please contact us before you place an order so we can organise a code for free delivery.
Returns Policy
PD Quilling is happy to receive returns of any items, they must be returned in perfect saleable condition, and this must be posted back withing 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us if you would like to return an item / order.
Unless the item is faulty you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s), so we advise that you use a service that is tracked to ensure that it is received, we can not be held responsible for any item until it has reached PD Quilling.
If the item is faulty or damaged, please let us know within 7 days and we will organise a replacement or a full refund of that item.
